Sacred Heart House of Denver, a homeless shelter for families in Denver, offers a continuum of services to homeless families in Denver, with children and single women to help them achieve and maintain self-sufficiency."

Sacred Heart House of Denver In-House Stabilization Program offers temporary, emergency housing, food and clothing to meet the basic needs of the homeless families in Denver. With case management, referrals to resources within the community and help with transportation, residents identify and begin solving problems that led to their homelessness. Through our Follow-Up and Transitional Housing Programs, former residents receive continued support in their struggle to live independently and avert future homelessness.
